How do I book?

To book your event, please fill out our inquiry form by clicking any inquiry button or visiting our Book page. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email providing the next steps mintutes after. 

What's the difference between our Luxe Booth and Social Booth?

The Luxe booth is equipped with a DSLR camera and a flash box, allowing for full-body shots. Meanwhile, the Social Booth features LED lighting, making it ideal for selfies and chest-up shots. If you're expecting more than four guests in a photo, the Luxe booth is the better option. For events with smaller groups of 1-4 people and a tighter budget, the Social Booth is more appropriate. Both booths offer high-quality photos.

Can you explain the functioning of the Selfie Shots booth? 

Our booth is easy to use and accessible to individuals of all ages. With a simple touch of the screen, guests can select from a range of filters and capture options. The booth offers a variety of features from photo, GIF, and boomerang options. Guests can share their creations instantly through text, email, or airdrop. Printing is also available as an add-on.

Is the setup/breakdown included? 

Absolutely! Our services offer 1-2 hours of setup and breakdown. Let us take care of everything. We'll bring the equipment to your location, set it up, test it, and when your rental time is complete, we'll break it all down. It's that easy! If you happen to go over your allocated rental time by 15 minutes, we will suggest that you extend your rental time at an additional cost.

Does rates include travel?

The rate of the Selfie Shots booth includes travel within the 50-mile roundtrip radius of 19150 & 19709. If the event location is beyond that radius, travel will be charged an additional fee. It is recommended to contact us for any further inquiries.

Is your business insured? 

Absolutely! We understand the importance of providing our clients with peace of mind, which is why we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are fully insured and protected. This means that you, your guests, and the venue can rest assured knowing that we have taken all the necessary precautions to provide a safe and secure experience. We will provide a COI upon request.

Do you require power and Wi-Fi? 

For indoor events, we require access to a power outlet that's not too far away from the photo booth. But, if you're organizing an outdoor event, we can bring our own power source for an extra fee. If there's no Wi-Fi available, the photos will be stored in a queue and sent once a Wi-Fi connection is established.
